How do I book an event, meeting, theatre rental or private screening?

How many people can Cineplex Entertainment theatres accommodate?

Our theatres can accommodate up to 579 people. Ask about options to accommodate larger groups.

When can meetings or events be held?

Our theatres are available throughout the day from Monday to Thursday and Friday and weekend mornings. Please contact us for more information at 1-800-313-4461.

How much does it cost to rent a theatre?

Our rates are very competitive. Our cost ranges depending on your specific needs and the time of day. Audio/visual equipment, film admission (if you are including a film screening as part of your event), and/or food are additional. We’ll work with you to accommodate your budget and specific requirements.

Can I take a tour of a theatre?

Of course! Tours are conducted on a regular basis. Contact us for more information at 1-800-313-4461.

Is the theatre closed to the public during a private screening?

Most private screenings are held during non-operating hours when our theatres are closed to the general public. If your event is held during operating hours, our staff takes tickets at the doors and restricts access to your reserved auditorium.

What meeting services do you offer?

In addition to high impact audio/visual technologies, we offer catering and concessions, tables, chairs, linens and more.

Can you help us with invitations, signage and other event materials?

For some films, we will be able to provide template creative for invitations. If you require additional marketing materials we can provide you with references for external suppliers.

Can people read and write notes in the auditorium?

We have various lighting systems including sidelights, overhead lights and spotlights in each auditorium to meet your specific lighting needs.

What food options are available?

Cineplex Entertainment has a network of catering companies in each city to meet your needs. We also provide a number of in-house food choices, such as concessions and quick-service restaurants.

Where can our guests dine?

Guests can congregate either in our lobby, where we can partition off an area, or in the auditorium itself where there is plenty of room for buffets or cocktail receptions.

How easy is it to load our equipment into the theatre?

Each theatre location has ample space to unload equipment. If you need any assistance with your load in/load out, we’d be happy to help.

We're planning a product launch. Where can we display our product?

Product may be displayed in the auditorium for the duration of your event. For added impact, you may also want to consider advertising your product on the big screen. Contact us to receive an advertising rate card.
