The convenience of this purchase method means you can locate a theatre, select a movie, and buy your ticket and bill direct to your mobile phone, any time, anywhere!
Just a few simple steps and you’re done!
- (1) Text “TICKETS” to 5867 (JUMP)
- (2) You will be directed to the mobile browser
- (3) Once there locate theatre, select movie and time and the number of tickets
- (4) Confirm purchase
- (5) You will receive a barcode image confirming purchase
- (6) Retrieve your ticket(s) by taking the mobile phone used to make the purchase to the kiosk at the theatre and enter the barcode digits. (You can also present your mobile phone to the Box Office.)

Cineplex Entertainment box offices have truly gone mobile. Starting today, new and existing Bell Mobility cell phone subscribers across Canada can jump to the front of the line and purchase their movie tickets directly from their mobile phones anywhere and at any time.
For Bell Mobility subscribers* this means the option of bypassing the ticket line, totally eliminating paper trails and best of all, customers are no longer restricted to the home or office when it comes to buying their tickets online.
Teaming with Bell Mobility and RepeatSeat, Cineplex Entertainment is giving moviegoers the ability to search movie listings and purchase tickets at the theatre closest to them in a few simple steps.
Using their cell phone, the customer must text “TICKETS” to 5867 (JUMP). The text message is free. The customer will receive a web alert with a link directing them to their mobile browser where they can select their tickets by location and time. Once the purchase has been confirmed, the customer will receive a barcode image. At a special kiosk located at the theatre, the customer can then enter in the barcode digits to retrieve their tickets. Alternatively, the mobile phone and the bar code can be presented to the box office.
The ticket charges, including convenience fees, will be conveniently charged to the customer’s Bell Mobility bill. A maximum of four tickets can be purchased per transaction. For full details on respective convenience fees, users can check the Bell Mobility site at bell.ca/mobileticketing.
