Camp Rock

Aspiring singer Mitchie Torres gets the chance to attend Camp Rock when her mom takes a job as the camp’s cook. Feeling intimidated by the rich kids at camp, Mitchie lies about her family, saying her mom is a music producer. The lie gets Mitchie accepted into the camp’s most elite clique, but the clique ultimately discovers the truth, and when Mitchie becomes friends with cutie-pie rock star Shane Gray (Joe Jonas), the popular girls set out to expose Mitchie.

Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow

Although the Avengers have been killed, their children live on to fight for justice. In this animated movie we meet the teen superheroes: James (son of Captain America and Black Widow), Torunn (daughter of Thor), Azari (son of the Black Panther) and Pym (son of Wasp and Giant Man), who are joined by the son of Hawkeye when they take on the evil robot Ultron, the machine that killed their parents!

Bratz Girls Really Rock (pictured above)

The Bratz girls — Cloe, Yasmin, Jade and Sasha — star in their first musical movie set at a summer music camp. The Bratz form a pop band and welcome a new friend, Anna, into the group. If the Bratz band wins the camp’s showcase, they’ll get to star in a Hollywood movie! DVD extras include fun bloopers and “Make You’re Own Music Video,” which lets you choose one of the eight songs featured in the movie to turn into your own personal music video.

Barbie and the Diamond Castle

Best friends Lianna and Alexa (Barbie and Teresa) find a magic mirror while walking through the forest. When they clean the mirror, a girl named Melody appears in the glass and tells the best friends that she is imprisoned in the mirror. She holds the key to the Diamond Castle, where all music originates, and is guarding it from the evil Lydia. It’s up to Lianna and Alexa to help Melody escape, and keep the Diamond Castle safe from intruders.

Mary lives with her not-so nice stepmother and stepsisters, who make life difficult for the teen. However, Mary does get the chance to go to a masked ball where she dances with a popular singer named Joey Parker. Joey wants to know who he’s dancing with, but before he can discover her identity Mary runs away, dropping her iPod while rushing out. Now Joey is on the search for the girl with the amazing moves who stole his heart.

The action is fast and furious when Speed Racer takes to the track! After his brother Rex Racer dies, Speed takes over as the star driver for his family’s racing company. He’s so good that Royalton, a rival company, wants him to race for them. But when Speed says no, Royalton reveals it’ll pay $1-million to the driver who can take Speed out once and for all.

The frights just keep coming with this Scooby-Doo tale that finds Scooby and the kids from Mystery Inc. taking a trip aboard the Grim Reaper Railroad to the land of Halloween. The crew is out to retrieve the Goblin Sceptre before The Amazing Krudsky gets his grubby hands on it. Along the way, the gang meets scary characters such as the Headless Horseman, Jack O’Lantern and an out-of-control broomstrick.

Sleeping Beauty: 50th Anniversary Platinum Edition

The Walt Disney classic returns to DVD in this 50th Anniversary Edition. The beautiful Princess Aurora is cursed by the nasty Maleficent to die on her 16th birthday when she pricks her hand on a poisoned spinning wheel. But three good fairies cast a spell that states Aurora will not die, but will sleep until she receives a kiss from her true love, Prince Phillip. This special edition DVD includes loads of extras, including an art gallery, a documentary about the making of the movie, two interactive games and the “Once Upon a Dream” music video.
