Junior Movie Reviews

In the summer issue of Famous Kids we asked you to send us your movie reviews and you didn't let us down!

Earth

“Hi, my name is Griffen and I went to see Earth with my sister and my nanny and it was fantastic! I liked it when that bird of paradise was dancing! The only part I didn’t like is when the father polar bear has to struggle for food. Other than that, I give it two thumbs up and recommend this movie to anyone who likes nature documentaries.”

Griffen H. Pitt Meadows, BC

Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian

“Last week I saw Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian and it was great. If you like some humour and action, this is the movie for you! I did not have a favourite part because the whole movie was awesome! There is only kissing once in the movie and it is not very long so no need to worry!”

Alexandra A. Brampton, ON

“Last night I went to Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian with my brother, my stepdad and my mom. It was one of the best movies, I think it is actually better than the first! If you like family movies with comedy, romance, a little bit of ‘Boo’ scary action and cute animals this is the movie for you. It is also a great date movie if you’re going on a group date!! I would rate it 9.99/10.”

Katrina F. Calgary, AB

Up

“I saw the movie Up. My favourite part was when Carl met Russell. It was funny. I give it two thumbs up and I saw it in 3D. I recommend this movie to people who like adventure and comedy. It is for all ages. THIS MOVIE HAS TO BE SEEN.”

Rawnak A. Windsor, ON

“I went to see Disney Pixar’s Up the other day with my mom, my dad & my little brother. And even though I paid some of my birthday money just for the tickets for me and my brother, it was worth it. With silly little Russell always making the crowd laugh, and Doug the Dog always running around, trying to get Mr. Fredricksen’s attention, Up became my ultimate favourite Disney Pixar movie. I give Up a rating of 10 out of 10. Even my parents liked it!”

Avi P. Winnipeg, MB

Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

“I went to see Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs with my grandma, and it was so cool! My favourite part is when Sid threw the flightless bird off the cliff. It has comedy, action and thrills. If you’re going to see a movie, see Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.”

Jaydon N. Winnipeg, MB
