The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

With Narnia suffering through a time of terrible darkness, you must rally its people — plus dwarfs, fauns and talking animals — to overthrow evil King Miraz. Freeing the land will require a combination of quests, puzzle solving and combat, including some epic battles featuring giants, flying griffins and war machines like trebuchets and ballistas (look ’em up — they’re supercool).

There are 20 different characters to control, each with special abilities, and you can team up with a friend online or in person. Also, DS players get access to Disney’s brand new DGamer wi-fi community. With a team like that, evil doesn’t stand a chance.

Sometimes it’s good to be bad! This all-new Star Wars saga casts you as Darth Vader's young apprentice, working to destroy the Jedi in the era between Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Episode IV: A New Hope.

After Vader observes your bad attitude and talent for using the Force, he recruits you as an agent of the dark side and teaches you four powers: force grip, lightning, push and repulse. You’ll also need your trusty lightsaber to battle those annoying Jedi do-gooders, and Wii players even get to wield their controllers like the real thing.

Do you have the skills to be a ninja? This series of martial arts challenges tests both your mind and body. Mini-games include using chopsticks to snatch flies out of the air and hurling throwing stars at pop-up targets. That’s tricky enough, but wait until you’ve got to do it all again with your other hand! Your ultimate goal is earning a black belt from your own personal Sensei, but you can also battle up to four friends for ninjitsu mastery.
