Travel the world while getting to know three different animal families in the mesmerizing documentary Earth
Forget animated animals, you get to see the real thing up close and personal in the stunning wildlife movie Earth.
Being released April 22, which just happens to be Earth Day, Earth follows three animal families for an entire year — polar bears, elephants and humpback whales. Each, of course, lives in a very different environment in a very different part of the world, so by the end of the movie you’ll have a real good picture of this planet we call home.
The movie has a strong environmental message. Just seeing the incredible nature photography will make you want to protect our world — like the underwater images of swimming elephants, flocks of birds flying in massive formations and polar bears frolicking in the snow just like your pet dog.
If you like this kind of movie you’re in luck, because the people at Disney who made it have launched a whole new branch of the studio devoted specifically to making nature documentaries.
