Jeff Chang is a straight-A college student who has always walked the straight and narrow. When his best friends Casey and Miller make a surprise visit for his 21st birthday, he decides to throw caution to the wind, despite the fact that he has a medical school interview early the next morning. But what was supposed to be one drink out with friends becomes a night of chaos and debauchery.
