    • The Final Destination: Brutal - plain and simple. Fan of 1st Three.. This Was A Waste

I love my movies.... and the first three final destinations were actually pretty good as a trilogy. Keeoing in ming that movies get progressively worse... i wasn't expecting all that much from this movie going into it.... but it failed even with those small expectations. The visions were silly and weak. The killing was boring and not well thought out. Acting was brutally bad.... which is to be expected... but man... c'mon lol. Wait for DVD.... in fact.... wait for 7 day DVD on this one. Plenty of other great movies i could have seen that are out now. For those final destination fans that may read this and say.... i want to see it.... its just one opinion..... i would advise you to reconsider. I do not write reviews often.... had to give a warning on this one. Although... i am sure others will echo my sentiments. Hope this helps save some people time and money. Cheers.
    • The Final Destination: A dissapointing finale

Being a fan of the other three Final Destinations (which were nicely linked to one another), I was expecting an awesome finale to the series. Unfortunately, this last part was corny, cheesy and highly uninteresting. The script is badly written and feels amteurish, but I can't decide if it's better or worse than the acting. The death scenes are, as usual, pretty imaginative (ad don't lack the gore value at all), but are not as intense as they were in the other three parts. Also the lack of any plot connection to the first parts left me slightly disappointed and the very last scene in the mall could have been a lot better. Overall, ok for the die hard Final Destination fans, otherwise a pretty brain dead film. So expect nothing.
