judd apatow, this is 40

The reigning king of comedy delivers his first sort-of sequel with This is 40, bringing back married couple Debbie and Pete from 2007's hit comedy Knocked Up. This time around, writer-director Judd Apatow shifts his focus from impending parenthood and shines a light on the trials and tribulations of keeping a 14-year marriage going, raising happy, respectful kids and finding a way to be kind to each other despite all of the responsibilities and LIFE swirling around them.

It's a situation rife with comedic possibilities and co-stars Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann, Apatow's real-life wife, help bring the funny and reprise their roles as husband and wife and we have a handy (red band) featurette that offers an inside look at revisiting this couple and giving them their own movie.
