Put down the controller, we’re talking video games-turned-movies! The fifth Resident Evil film charged onto Cineplex screens this weekend and it has us thinking about our favourite films based on video games.
From survival horror games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill to combat games like Street Fighter, some of our favourite video games have become movies! We still have a soft spot for Super Mario Bros. with Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo, and Angelina Jolie still looks good raiding those tombs in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.
