With this many drool-worthy major babes on the Inception red carpet it's a wonder those gathered around didn't burst into flames from being so close to a source of heat generated by lookers Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Cillian Murphy, Tom Hardy, Marion Cotillard and Ellen Page.

They were gathered at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in L.A. to celebrate the opening of Inception, Christopher Nolan's follow-up to the critically-acclaimed, box office record smashing The Dark Knight, a movie that by all accounts is a thinking person's film poised to give the summer blockbuster season a swift kick in the pants and probably turn out to be one of those movies that you need to sit with for a while, contemplating the details before truly 'getting' it.
