Jada Pinkett-SmithWell, yesterday certainly looked like the end of a wild weekend. On the fourth day of TIFF, the fervor of a high-octane style kick-start (Marion, Kristen, Kate, Halle!) had apparently waned. With the exception of the Smith family, flashy fashion choices had been replaced by more refined wardrobe tastes. The best-dressed stars stepped out in smart-looking suits (thank you Pierce Brosnan and Zac Efron), creative colours (well played Naomi Watts) and fresh prints (looking good Nina Dobrev).

But it wasn’t all sophistication, all the time. There were a few bold choices that stood out, and not for the right reasons. Between a slew of odd-looking dresses and a breach of Style 101, the worst dressed contenders were out in full force.
