He's been smiling from ear-to-ear on the small screen as the dependable and naive Kenneth the Page on Tina Fey's Emmy-winning "30 Rock" since 2006 and now Jack McBrayer brings his easy warmth and can-do spirit to the big screen for Disney's video game-jumping adventure Wreck-It Ralph and he's just about as perfect for the role as can be.

As the tidy, magic-hammer swinging good guy Fix-It Felix, Jr. McBrayer nicely fits into the 8-bit world from which John C. Reilly's baddie Wreck-It Ralph is desperate to break free. After all, why shouldn't bad guys get cake? He's just doing his job.

We sat down with the soft-spoken McBrayer, who is exactly that nice, to talk about video games, being the good guy and whether or not he's ever wanted to go bad.

Wreck-It Ralph, the first movie by director Rich Moore featuring the voices of Jane Lynch, Sarah Silverman, Alan Tudyk, Mindy Kaling and Ed O'Neill, opens November 2.
