The Latest on Shutter Island!

Shutter Island On February 19, get set to have yourselves scared silly.

From Oscar®-winning director Martin Scorsese comes Shutter Island, the story of two U.S. marshals, Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the cost of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island’s fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane.

The thriller (a departure in genre for almost all involved) marks the fourth collaboration between the legendary director and DiCaprio, following on the heels of the well-received Gangs of New York (2002), The Aviator (2004) and The Departed (2002). Will the duo be able to re-create the magic and success of their former films? If early buzz is any indication, you'll be hearing about this one come award season and not just at the Scream and Saturn Awards!  <a href="http://www.cineplex.com/Movies/MovieDetails/Shutter-Island.aspx">Shutter Island</a> opens in Cineplex theatres February 19, 2010.
