Cineplex Entertainment is interested in your feedback on a new healthy snack program offered in theatres. This program is geared towards school and recreational groups, catering to children ranging from 3-13 years of age. Snack options offered in this new program have been approved by most school boards as a healthy snack choice for kids.

Please take a moment to complete the following questionnaire:

  1. * Are you interested in healthy snacks for your class/group when watching a movie?
  2. * Do you typically pre-purchase concessions when booking an event?
  3. * If no, would you purchase concessions if there was a healthy snack option available?
  4. * If you answered yes to questions 2, would you opt for a healthy combo snack versus a popcorn combo?
  5. * Home much would you expect to pay for a healthy snack combo which includes a small drink, individually wrapped cheese and snack pack of cookies?
