In the restaurant world, when you are swamped with customers, your orders are backing up, and you are just keeping chaos at bay, you are said to be "in the weeds." In a busy Soho bistro a group of artists and students are just that. As the bistro fills with amorous couples and drunken investment bankers, the real action is happening in the back of the house where a waiter is getting his heart broken, another may (or may not) be getting his big break, a young student is learning the ropes, the restaurant's owner is courting a potential investor while the head chef is getting some action in the walk-in freezer.
