Diane Kruger, Luke Evans and Annette Bening brought their films to #TIFF17 on Tuesday night!
We're about halfway through the festival, and there are still tons of movie stars arriving in town with their films.
Last night, Diane Kruger arrived to show Canadian audiences her new film In the Fade. Kruger won the Best Actress prize at the Cannes Film Festival for her portrayal of a woman whose husband and son were murdered in a terrorist attack. Watch the trailer below!
The origin story of how Wonder Woman was created is not what you'd ever expect, and you can learn all about it with Professor Marston and the Wonder Women, which premiered at TIFF last night. The film stars Luke Evans as psychologist and professor William Moulton Marston, who is also the man who created the legendary female superhero. Last night he was here along with co-star Bella Heathcote and director Angela Robinson to premiere the film. We caught up with all three of them ahead of their premiere, check it out!
We have our fingers crossed for Annette Bening to finally win an Oscar, and it could happen with her new film Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool, which she was in town with last night. Bening stars as old Hollywood star Gloria Grahame and the film documents an affair she had in the last years of her life with a much younger man, played by Jamie Bell, who was also here for the film. We had a chance to talk to the stars and director Paul McGuigan ahead of their premiere last night, check it out below!
