Based on a true story, The Upside stars Bryan Cranston as a wealthy quadriplegic named Phillip and Kevin Hart as the ex-con Dell hired to be his caregiver. Irreverent and often inappropriate, Dell seems like the least suitable person for the job. But that’s exactly why Phillip, who’s tired of being pitied, chooses him.

We spoke to Kevin Hart and Bryan Cranston about how the film tears down assumptions and about the way men bond with each other. Watch the interview and see The Upside in Cineplex theatres on January 11th.

The Upside will lift your spirit.

There's a reason why the original film was such a hit, this is a beautiful story that is full of laughs, heart, and humanity. Lead by two gifted comedic actors, The Upside more than lives up to its source material.
