Tom Baker worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. In 1982, he portrayed Sherlock Holmes on the mini-series, "The Hound of the Baskervilles" . Baker's earliest roles were in film, including "I, a Man" (1967) and "Angels Die Hard" (1970). He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for "Nicholas and Alexandra" in 1972. In the eighties, Baker devoted his time to various credits, such as "Airplane!" (1980), "Wholly Moses!" (1980) and "Clue" (1985). He also worked on "The Last Movie" with Dennis Hopper (1988). Baker had a number of different projects under his belt in the early 2000s, including "Dungeons and Dragons: the Movie" with Justin Whalin (2000), "Little Nicky" (2000) starring Adam Sandler and the Eddie Murphy and Eddie Murphy blockbuster "Nutty Professor II: The Klumps" (2000). His credits also expanded to the Antonio Banderas and Carla Gugino hit "Spy Kids" (2001) and "The Magic Roundabout" (2005) starring Jim Broadbent. Most recently, Baker worked on "Are You The One: Second Chances" (MTV, 2017-). Baker was married to Lalla Ward.
